I have on occasion lightened my naturally black brows using Jolen cream bleach. I only lighten them to a medium brown and even then my skin gets red and very sensitive (and I don't have sensitive skin). I cannot imagine the pain of achieving platinum blonde brows (or hair for that matter)!
